The heavy duty Safelift Pro Braked Pallet Trucks are specifically designed for use in offshore environments where their robust design can withstand harsh surroundings and demanding use.

The ergonomic design makes these hand pallet trucks comfortable to use thanks to the rounded, rubber coated control handle, vibration reducing wheels and large steering angle. But another important feature, and one that enhances the safety level when using these manual handling pallet trucks, is the inclusion of a progressive brake with a parking lock.

Not only does this feature provide stability when you're transporting a braked pallet truck or working with it on an incline but it gives you added control over it. If, for example, you're working on an incline and need better control over its manoeuvrability, just apply the progressive brake to slow the speed. Start by gently applying the brakes to slow down then get harder as you're ready to stop the pallet truck. This ensures you have smooth motion as you come to a stop rather than an abrupt halt.

If you need to leave the pallet truck where it is, just apply the brake and then flip the parking lock to keep the pallet truck precisely in place and prevent it from rolling backwards. The parking lock is ideal if you need to leave the braked pallet truck on a sloped floor while you're loading or unloading pallets.
